Subscriber Status

Subscribers must accept full responsibility for meeting the dress code, both for themselves and their guests. Subscribers must also accept responsibility for the behaviour of their guests whilst in the enclosure. All guests under the age of 18 must wear an appropriate badge, under 11’s a Child Badge and 11-17’s a Junior Badge. We are supporting the national ‘Challenge 21’ scheme, and Regatta Subscribers and their adult guests, who appear to be under the age of 21, will be requested to provide photographic identification at the entrance to the enclosure and
at the bar.

What is the Subscriber & Guest Behaviour Code?
We require our Subscribers and their guests to respect the law in relation to under-age drinking and the use of recreational drugs. A search policy in relation to drugs, weapons and alcohol will be adopted at the enclosure entrance. The use of offensive language or threatening
behaviour in the enclosure will not be tolerated. Security personnel are instructed to expel offenders and report all instances to the police without question.

Saturday Enclosure Badges Can I buy a Badge on the day?
Entry to the enclosure is by wearing the appropriate badge. No badges will be available on the day. If you wish to apply for Saturday badges, the application form is available on the MTRF website – www.marlowtownregatta.org.uk or from the Information Centre in the High Street. The website will indicate current Saturday badge availability and badge sales will cease on or before June 6th. All postal applications received after this date will be returned.

Saturday Food & Drink

Can I bring my own food and drink?
Your own food and drink can be consumed in the reserved car park/picnic ground area if you have pre-booked a space. Litter bins, which will be regularly emptied, will be available. Because of fire safety considerations, no barbecues are allowed in the park, the reserved car
park/picnic ground, the unreserved car parks, or in the enclosure. No food or drink can be taken into the enclosure. Security personnel at the entrance are instructed to ensure that no alcoholic drink is taken into the enclosure and bags etc. may be checked.

What food and drink facilities are there?
Inside the enclosure is a bar, where alcoholic drinks are available to adult badge holders (18+). If you look under 21, you will be asked to prove your age with photographic ID, if you want an alcoholic drink. The bar will open at 10.00 and close at 17.30. There will also be a number of food outlets both inside and outside of the enclosure. In the park there is a café, a further café in Court Gardens and all the facilities of the High Street are a short walk away.

Saturday Car Parking Where can I park my car?
Pre-reserved car park/picnic spaces are available on the cricket ground at £16, with the entrance off Lower Pound Lane. Each space is approximately 4.8 by 3 metres. If you have not reserved your space and you require one, please call the MTRF enquiry line on 07870 391040 (14.00 – 16.30 weekdays only). We do not expect these spaces to be available on the day. Limited general parking will be available at a fixed fee of £5 on the football/sports grounds, with the entrances in Lower Pound Lane, off Pound Lane. Spaces cannot be reserved, so the earlier you enter the car parks the greater is the chance of space being available.

Dogs

Can I bring my dog?
No dogs, other than Guide Dogs, are allowed in the enclosure.
Other events

Is there anything else taking place?
Throughout the weekend, in the public area of the park, there will be a Craft Fair, Exhibition and Trade Stalls, The Marlow Showcase, Charity Stalls and Traylen’s Funfair.
